In his 30 years of experience in the financial services industry, John McCauley has remained committed to delivering an excellent client experience. As the Market Leader for the South Texas Market, John manages and develops teams of advisors, collaborating with them and their managers to assess their performance. He analyzes and determines appropriate strategies for recruiting, local marketing, market planning, team development, administration, compliance, and operations functions. As new policies and procedures are developed, he interprets their efficacy and helps develop them among teams.

John is committed to creating a culture of talent development to meet business objectives. He acts as the ultimate point of contact for compliance, regulatory, and administrative issues. He actively engages with peers, stakeholders, internal partners, and external clients affected by the outcomes of the firm and the South Texas market to promote development and improvement. 

Before the start of his career, John graduated from Bradley University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in management and received his MBA from Tulane University. Early in his career, he realized he wanted to do more for his clients and attained the CFP^® certification. 

Away from the office, John is a devoted husband and committed father of three wonderful children. For fun, he enjoys reading, hiking, kite boarding, competing in triathlons, exotic game hunting, playing lacrosse, and cycling. John pursues charitable endeavors through the Kinkaid School, Pink Door Cancer Organization, and he is on the Board of Directors of the Glassell School Executive Committee.
